I am weaving together my natural love of the outdoors with my training and experience in Holistic Health, Shamanism and Permaculture along with principles of Wilderness Therapy which I am currently training in. Bringing you powerful ways in which you can deepen your connection with mother earth, heal emotional trauma and naturally improve your health and wellbeing.
Wild Wyse Groups
We are in the process of establishing some woodland venues to accommodate a diverse range of groups including; Rainbow Warriors for home education and school groups, Wild Women, Family Fun and Connection and Seasonal Celebrations.
These groups are based on approaches and practice from Holistic therapy and wellbeing, wilderness connection, bush craft, Permaculture and seasonal celebrations.
We are passionate about supporting young people and adults to escape the stresses of life and reconnect with the nature of wildness, wonder and awe through our practical and magical sessions in the woods.
Our professionally trained facilitators draw on their background of outdoor facilitation, forest school, therapy, youth work and sacred connection work.
Our sessions are made up of some of the following elements:
Bushcraft and off-grid survival skills, such as fire, water, shelter, foraging for food and medicine, archery, tool making and traditional crafts.
Permaculture, tools and principles for ethical design based on the ethics of People Care, Earth Care and Fair Shares.
These tools and principles can be applied to anything from a personal wellbeing plan to a business plan for an ethical future.
Holistic Therapy – combined with wilderness connection using a combination of evaluation based objectives with therapeutic approaches, to provide coping techniques and strategies for greater holistic health and wellbeing. Including but not exclusive to mindful nature connection, metaphor and story creation.
