Physical exercise, fresh air and being out in nature are all proven to have great benefits, not only on your physical health but also your mental, emotional and spiritual health. What we feed and treat our bodies is crucial to our overall wellbeing.

My work as a holistic therapist started with a focus on the body, working one to one with people with treatments like massage and reflexology along with a holistic approach, my focus was one of empowering  people how to understand, manage and treat physical ailments through holistic approaches, massage techniques and exercise.

Through much of my study, research and experience I have learned that our connection with the natural world is another corner stone to our health and wellbeing. So now my work is more deeply involved in getting people outdoors, to connect in a more holistic way with their natural environment and reap the many rewards.
